The trick for me to me productive, and get you the product in a reasonable time frame is,
I do not have a direct phone. Studies have show that it takes almost 30 minutes to get productive again after a single call.
I decided many years ago that I would do all Customer Support, Sales and Order Taking Via Email or the Web, That has been the single most inportant reason I've been able to so much. Thank you all for being so understanding over the years.
